Lakota Made Istinma Pe Honey - 8oz jar

Istima Pe (ee- shtee-ma-pay) means to sleep in the Lakota Language.

Ingredients: Raw Honey, Wild Hops, Chamomile, Blue Vervain

Uses: For more restful sleep.

Dosage: 1-2 tsp as needed. Combine into teas, juices, or straight from the jar! Use 15-30 minutes before you go to bed. Store in a cool dry area. If honey crystallizes, just run the jar under warm water and it will become liquid again. Best if used within 5 years.
