Lakota Made Phezuta Akisni Tea - 2.5oz

Phezuta Akišni (pay-jhoo-tah ah-kee-shnee) means Healing Medicine in the Lakota Language.

Ingredients: Nettle, Goldenrod, Elderberry, Raspberry Leaf, Flat Cedar, Chaga Mushroom

Product comes in a resealable paper bag with approximately 2.5oz of loose leaf tea.

Uses: For general immune system health, respiratory illness, and general wellbeing support.

Dosage: Steep 2-3 tablespoons for 5-7 minutes in your preferred method of brewing tea, enjoy hot or cold, add some local honey and game on. Brews like a black tea. At 2 cups per day, product should last roughly a month.
