Lakota Made Phezutaa Winyan Tea - 2.5oz bag

Phezuta Winyan (pay-jhoo-tah wee-yah) means "women's medicine" in the Lakota Language.

Uses: Supports women's menstrual comfort, reproductive health, and hormonal balance. Also helps maintain pH balance.

Dosage: Steep 1-3 tsp for 5-7 minutes, 1-3 times per day. at 2 tablespoons per cup twice daily, product should last roughly a month.

Ingredients: Stinging Nettle Leaves, Lady's Mantle, Raspberry Leaves, Calendula, Rose Petals, Burdock Root.
